Export

XINGU FOODS · PARAGUAY

In the international meat trade, the buyer does not buy muscle: they buy origin and sanitary status. That is why the brand never travels alone. In all export material, on packaging and in documentation, the name is accompanied by the country: XINGU FOODS · PARAGUAY. It is not a design decision, it is a business rule.

Origin

It all starts on a farm with a name and an owner.

Origin: Paraguay

The cattle are raised on Paraguayan pasture and the product is processed in Paraguay. Origin is declared clearly and can be verified against the lot record, which is exactly what an importer needs to defend the purchase within their own chain.

Documentation

Every shipment travels with the documentation required by the destination market and with the lot reference that allows its origin to be reconstructed. Documentation is built on the same records the operation uses, not on a spreadsheet prepared separately for the paperwork.

Shipment format

Presentation, packaging type, palletization and shipping mode are agreed with the buyer before the first load. What is agreed is specified in writing and controlled against that specification.

Labelling by market

Labelling adapts to what each destination requires: language, mandatory information, health marks and certification symbols. It is regulatory information and it is handled as such: it is neither improvised nor decorated.

Working with the importer

The relationship starts with a clear specification and a sample, not with a list of adjectives. On any shipment already dispatched, the importer can request the origin of a given lot and receive the data. That capability is Xingu Foods' central commercial argument.

Origin and sustainability requirements

The most demanding markets are tightening origin and sustainability requirements, including identification of the farm of provenance. A company that already records the farm for every lot does not have to go out and build that information the day it is requested: it has it from day one.

Approved markets

Destination markets will be listed here by name, with the approval that backs them, as soon as those approvals are issued. Target markets and ongoing negotiations are not published as if they were open destinations: an importer verifies that information with their own sanitary authority before replying to the first email, and finding a discrepancy ends the conversation.
