XINGU FOODS

Company

A new company that starts with the record

Xingu Foods is a Paraguayan beef company. It is new and does not hide it: a house founded in 2026 cannot sell tradition, but it can sell rigour. Everything the brand claims must be backed by a record that someone can request and read.

Origin

It all starts on a farm with a name and an owner.

Brand and legal entity

To the market, the company presents itself as XINGU FOODS. The legal entity is Cedecon S.A., which is the name that appears on invoices, contracts, health certificates and export documentation. They are two different things and it pays not to mix them: the brand communicates, the legal entity answers for it.

What it does

Beef processing and marketing: cattle intake, slaughter, chilling, deboning, packing and dispatch. The product is placed in the domestic channel and in export, with the same recording standard in both cases.

The name

Xingu is the name the company gives to origin. It does not lean on any cultural heritage or genealogy: it is a symbol, and its meaning is built by the operation. In every international context the name travels as a closed block, XINGU FOODS · PARAGUAY, because the country of origin is part of what the buyer is buying.

The producer

The farm that supplies cattle is not advertising scenery: it is the first link in the record, and it is named. The relationship with the producer is managed with admission criteria, up-to-date health documentation and traceability of every shipment. The details of the supplier network will be published once they are finalized.

Why being born digital changes things

Meat packers with twenty years of history carry twenty years of spreadsheets and overlapping systems. Xingu Foods starts without that legacy: data is captured where it happens and is available the moment a customer, an auditor or an importer asks for it. That is the ground where a new company can compete on equal terms with a large one.

Where we are

Administrative address: Avenida Santa Teresa esq. Herminio Maldonado, Torre del Paseo, Galería Torre 1, Piso 7, CP 1749, Asunción. The details of the industrial plant will be published as soon as the company confirms them.

Values

Records

What is not recorded did not happen. No data is reconstructed from memory or filled in at month-end.

Food safety

No commercial argument overrides a control. A lot under observation does not leave until the issue is resolved.

Respect for the producer

The supplying farm has a name, and it is named. Traceability starts by acknowledging whose cattle they are.
