Privacy and data handling

What we collect

This website requires no registration or sign-in, and sets no cookies of its own.

If you complete the contact form, we collect only what you type into it: name, company, country, email address, phone if provided, subject of the enquiry, and your message.

The traceability lookup collects no personal data. The lot code you enter is not linked to any individual.

What we use it for

To answer your commercial enquiry. Nothing else.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not share or sell it to third parties, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and to carry out any commercial follow-up arising from it.

The exact retention period is still being defined internally. In the meantime, you can ask us at any time to delete your enquiry and we will.

Usage analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they view.

This analytics sets no cookies, does not track individuals across different websites, and builds no profiles. We cannot identify a visitor from it.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside Xingu Foods — Cedecon S.A., unless required by law.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes traffic in order to serve the pages. It does not access the content of your enquiries for its own purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to any data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it.

Write to us through the form or to the address in the footer, stating what you need. We answer every request.

Security

The site is always served encrypted (HTTPS), with strict transport security enforced and a restrictive content policy.

None of your data is published on this site or shown to other visitors.
